Today I had to go to the mall for lunch and I ended up ordering a sandwich from Quizznos. I ordered their veggie sandwich, which is pretty decent, except I totally forgot they put cheese on there, so I ate some cheese today which I normally don’t do as part of my diet.
For my workout I decided to try a heavier weight for my bench press, going up to 140lbs which to my surprise I was able to handle quite easily. I think next time I’ll try even heavier…perhaps 160lbs?

Well, it’s been 20 days since I started working out and 16 days since I started eating a healthy diet. So far I’ve lost 8lbs, and I’m feeling great. Eating the food and exercising is not difficult at all anymore. My only challenge in the last few days has been that I’ve been so busy with other stuff. However, I’m dedicated to sticking to this plan so missing a workout or cheating on my diet is not an option.
