CardioCardio: Treadmill - 30 Minutes - 1.66 Miles Ran
Strength Training: Triceps - 25lbs/side - To Failure

Breakfast:
Nothing

Lunch:
Vegetarian Chilli

Dinner:
Large Salad - Greens, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, pine nuts, carrots, a bit of dressing

Snacks:
Hummus and Pita
Clementine Orange
Pear
