Workout Results - Day 19

The days have been really busy for me lately, so I’m falling behind a bit on blogging my results.

Rest assured, however, that I’m not falling behind on my workouts or my diet though. :)

Here are my stats for today:

Cardio: Treadmill - 30 Minutes - 1.60 Miles Ran
Strength Training: Seated Calf Raises - 260lbs - 25
Breakfast:
Fruit and Nut Bar

Lunch:
Pacific Organics Tomato Soup
Stone Wheat Crackers x 3

Dinner:
Baby Potatoes - Mashed
Big Salad - Greens, Grape Tomatoes, Pumpkin Seeds, Pine Nuts, a bit of dressing

Snacks:
Grapefruit
