Yet another super busy day. I was exhausted by 11pm, but I still jumped on the treadmill and did my workout. Can’t miss any days. Here are the stats:

Strength Training: Abs - Situps - 50
Breakfast:

Lunch:
Veggie Sandwich - Multigrain bread, cucumber, sprouts, lettuce, tomatoe, a bit of mayo
Greek Salad - No Feta, No Olives
Dinner:
(Swiss Chalet)
7 Perogies
Vegetable Stir-Fry
Snacks:
Banana, Apple and a Grapefruit
