Workout Results - Day 2

My second workout today consisted of the following:

Cardio: Treadmill Run for 30 minutes ( 5 min warm-up, 20 min run, 5 cool-down ) - Ran 1.97 Miles

Strength Training:

Seated Lat Rows: 100lbs x 8 reps x 3 sets

Rear Deltoid Rows: 100lbs x 8 reps x 3 sets

Big Rubber Ball Sit-ups: 25 reps

Starting to feel a bit sore in my arms and pecs from yesterday’s workout.
